What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember you between visits - for example, staying signed in without having to log in again on every page.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

A single session cookie (trackwave_session) keeps you signed in as you move around the site. Without it, you'd be signed out on every new page. This cookie can't be switched off without also signing you out.

Security

On a small number of forms (like sign-up, sign-in, and contact), Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie as part of an invisible check that helps tell real visitors apart from automated bots. It doesn't track you across other websites - see Cloudflare's own Turnstile Privacy Policy for details.

Both of these are strictly necessary to run the site - they're always active and aren't affected by the cookie choice below.

Analytics (only with your permission)

If you choose Accept all on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to help us understand how Trackwave is used - which pages get visited, roughly how many people are using the site, and so on. It sets a few cookies (typically named things like _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors between visits. See Google's own Privacy Policy for how they handle this data. If you choose Necessary only, none of this loads at all - not even in a disabled or anonymous form.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share cookie data with advertisers.

Managing cookies

The cookie banner shown on your first visit is the main way to control this - your choice is remembered in your browser, so you won't be asked again. Clearing your browser's site data for Trackwave will make the banner appear again next visit. You can also manage or block cookies directly through your browser's own settings, though blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in.

Changes to this policy

If the cookies we use change, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
